We’re working to create a fairer, more transparent, and productive system of land ownership and use in Scotland. Through evidence, advice, and recommendations to Scottish Ministers, we shape policy and support practical change.

We support landowners, communities and the wider public to put good practice into action, and champion reforms that will help Scotland’s land deliver greater public benefit.
